Good Fun for Oldies
This video is great fun for anyone who watched it as a child. In the special "behind the scenes" interviews at the end of the video, the director claims that the movie was intended for adults and NOT for children, but children do indeed love it as well. The plot is a pretty cheesy and predictable one concerning the theme of "good vs. evil", with good winning, of course. However, the character of Willy Wonka, played by Gene Wilder, makes some pretty unpredictable and amusing comments throughout the film. The filmmakers had a good sense of humour concerning sets, characters, and dialogue, all of which makes for fun viewing. The set design inside Wonka's chocolate factory is pretty fabulous and colorful, and is a real treat for the imagination.

信頼できる最新の臨床歯内療法学の教科書
ヨーロッパの著名な臨床家であり研究者である教授陣が中心となり最新の科学的な背景を基に臨床におけるポイントをわかりやすく、かつ詳細に表現している。特に鍵となる情報は色分けされ非常に見やすく配置されていることが、今までの歯内療法の教科書にはないもので、ヨーロピアン感覚に溢れている。著者のほとんどが２００３年１０月にアテネで開催された European Society of Endodontology に活動的に参加されている教授陣だけあって、その内容は非常に信頼のおけるものである。かなりの臨床医はこの第３、４、５章、の痛みに関する部分を読むことで今までの臨床が変わると思われる。すなわち診断の誤りによる無駄な抜髄治療を行なうことが少なくなるであろう。

The best book on REITs in Asia
This book is fantastic. It is the first Asian REIT book in English which you can pull off the shelf and get an excellent basic and intermediate understanding of the evolving REIT market in Asia, instead of having to wade through analyst reports, newspaper articles or academic papers. The author should be commended for having such a good understanding of REITs which would rival the knowledge of a property analyst at a major investment bank. I used this book to assist me with my Masters degree in real estate investment and it made a world of difference - I will definitely buy Dominic's next book on this subject!

アセットアロケーションの選択肢の１つとして
定着してきたＪ−ＲＥＩＴだが、
利回りのみをファンダメンタル指標としながら、
価格帯毎の値動きを追うテクニカル投資に陥りやすい。
その中身について、ファンダメンタルの材料を揃え、
全銘柄を統一したフォーマットにおとして評価した本冊子は、
バリュー投資の観点を持つ者にはそれなりの需要があると思う。
自分はＡＦＦＯという指標さえ知らなかったので大いにためになった。
四半期や半期は厳しいと思うが、年一回は最新版をみたい。

ドンピシャ
財務経理専門のコンサルタントとして不動産の証券化とそれに伴うSPC会計のエンゲージメントに携わっている。もし不動産の証券化及びSPC会計並びに税務のオーバーピクチャーを描いた上で実務に臨みたいのであれば、本書はまさにドンピシャなのではないだろうか。SPC会計、税務、法務の書籍は何冊も読んだが、オーバーピクチャーを描くには専門技術的過ぎた。しかしながら本書は、専門技術的過ぎることはなく、必要最低限な知識を網羅的に示す、という点においてきわめて優れているといえよう。SPC会計それ自体はマイナーなエリアではあるが、そのエリアでは、バイブルになりうるかもしれない。なお現在、周囲の人間の2人が予期せず本書を持っている。

本のタイトル通りの分かりやすい説明
最近、東京23区での地価が反転し、金融機関の不動産融資に対して当局が警戒信号を発し始めた。マスコミ的にはミニバブルの様相を呈しているとの見方もあるが、本書を読めば、かつてのバブルと現在の状況が全く異なることがよく分かるだろう。
テクニカルタームには必ず脚注で説明を付けながら、不動産投資ファンドの仕組み、リスクとリターン、リスク管理等々、不動産に投資するということがどういうことか、分かりやすく説明されている。
『老子』第11章を引きながらの「ビークル」（器）談義など、各章末に掲載されているコラムもなかなか味わい深い。
